Tony McKeon coordinates consultant contracting and project planning for the Alsari Group. As a Board Certified Coach and Business Partner, he works with senior leaders of companies to design and implement programs to improve leadership, employee engagement, and business performance. Programs include: organizational assessments, talent management, integrated goals planning, 360° feedback – strengthening management team dynamics, executive coaching, change management, and competency-based leadership and workforce development.
